How do mystery boxes work?

Our mystery boxes are lovingly curated collections of crystals and spiritual goodies, handpicked just for you. Simply choose your box type and budget, place your order, and leave the rest to us — we'll intuitively select pieces we feel are perfectly suited to you.

What mystery boxes do you offer?

We have four magical options to choose from:

• Crystal Mystery Box – A beautiful selection of crystals, available from £10 to £1,000.
• Mystery Mashup Box – A mix of crystals and spiritual goodies, from £10 to £1,000.
• Crystal Jewellery Mystery Box – Crystal jewellery pieces chosen with intention, from £10 to £1,000.
• Mystery Witches Box – Curated for the witchy soul, from £10 to £1,000.

How are the items selected?

Every box is intuitively handpicked by us. We put real care and intention into each selection — no two boxes are ever the same. We consider the energy of each piece and choose what we feel is right for you.

How long does it take to receive my mystery box?

Mystery boxes have a 5 working day lead time before dispatch, as each one is individually curated for you. Once dispatched, standard delivery times apply based on your location (see Shipping below).

Can I request specific crystals or exclude certain items?

You're welcome to leave a note at checkout with any preferences or sensitivities, and we'll do our very best to honour them. However, as the boxes are intuitively selected, we can't guarantee specific items.

Live Sales

How do live sales work?

We host weekly live sales on Instagram and TikTok where you can shop crystals and goodies in real time! During the live, items are showcased and you can claim pieces by commenting or using the on-screen prompts. Baskets typically range from £3 to £667.

How do I pay for my live sale items?

After the live, you'll receive a unique Live Sale Code. Simply enter this code at checkout on our website to complete your purchase. Your items will be held for you while you check out.

Where can I find the live sales?

Follow us on Instagram and TikTok so you never miss a live! We announce upcoming lives in advance so you can save the date.

Shipping

What are your shipping rates?

• UK: £3.99 standard shipping — free on orders over £60
• EU: £15
• International: £25

How long does delivery take?

Once dispatched, UK orders typically arrive within 2–5 working days. EU and international orders may take longer depending on your location and local customs. Please note that mystery boxes have an additional 5 working day lead time before dispatch.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We ship to the UK, EU, and internationally. If you have any questions about shipping to your specific country, feel free to get in touch.

Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy?

We want you to love everything you receive from us. If something isn't right, please get in touch within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll do our best to help. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Can I return a mystery box?

Due to the bespoke, intuitively curated nature of our mystery boxes, we're unable to accept returns simply because you don't like the items selected. However, if your order arrives damaged or there's an issue with your parcel, please contact us straight away and we'll make it right.

How do I start a return?

Are sessions held in person or online?

Reiki sessions and Oracle Card Readings can be offered both in person and remotely — please check the individual listing for details. Zoom Workshops are held online, so you can join from anywhere in the world.
