Thank you so much for your order! We lovingly pack and dispatch every parcel from our home in Ferndown, Dorset, and we can't wait for your goodies to arrive with you. Here's everything you need to know about how we get your order to your door.

📦 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). During busy periods — such as new launches or seasonal sales — processing may take a little longer. We'll always keep you in the loop!

🇬🇧 UK Delivery — £3.99

We ship all UK orders via Evri Express, with an estimated delivery time of 1–2 business days after dispatch. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a tracking link so you can follow its journey right to your door.

🇪🇺 EU Delivery — £15.00

EU orders are shipped via UPS Economy International, with an estimated delivery time of 10–15 business days after dispatch. Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and local customs processing.

Customs & Duties: Orders shipped to EU countries may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

🌍 International Delivery — £20.00

International orders are shipped via UPS Standard International, with an estimated delivery time of 3–17 business daysafter dispatch. Delivery times can vary depending on your country and local postal services.

Customs & Duties: International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, and local taxes. These fees are set by your country's customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. My Healing Harmony is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.
